Case Study: Change Accountants

Change Accountants founder Stacey McVeighty approached us initially in 2014 to redevelop their existing WordPress website. We held discovery sessions to learn about Change’s audience, market services and values. To communicate Change’s services, expertise and culture with improved clarity, we restructured the website and held copy writing sessions, whilst new photography gave potential new clients a sense of the team’s warm and approachable qualities.

The redevelopment resulted in an immediate spike in conversions using the online form, and an impressive sustained flow of enquiries over the following months.

Marketing Strategy and Branding

In Spring 2016 Stacey then asked us to deliver a short to medium term Marketing Strategy in line with her goals for growth. We suggested some immediate improvements but sustainability was the key, as it was important to balance investment over time with improvements to maximise ROI.

Liking our ideas and proposals, the next phase of the project was to develop a new brand identity to represent the company across its digital and offline platforms in a variety of contexts. From the requirements we developed a series of on trend concepts, with the winning design featuring its distinctive C shape icon in bars and beautiful custom lettering.

Change is a vibrant company and that was reflected in their desire to avoid the greys and blues most often associated with accountancy. We held a colour workshop to rule in and rule out colour options, and then narrowed down the field to create the distinctive green palette supported by secondary colour and monochrome options to work across contexts.

Web Refresh & Growth

Using the new branding, we built on the existing website structure to redesign and refresh the look and feel as well as creating stationery and office assets, as Change upscaled to new premises at their Forest Farm location.

Most pleasing of all for us at Orange Punch, over the course of 2017 by providing an outstanding service to existing clients and through new enquiries and referrals, Change have doubled their workforce.
